SW+B represents various individuals in personal injury, fraud, bad faith denial of insurance coverage, and tort cases on a contingency fee basis. SW+B has represented a number of bicyclists who have been struck by cars including hit and run accidents.

Accordingly, we will meet with potential clients without charge or obligation to evaluate the case. If hired by the client, SW+B provides representation to the client (including the filing of a law suit) without charging an hourly rate.
